Hello Friends,
This month on WinkWorld, I am sharing three things: new additions to (a) Student Treasures, which were created by students in my foundations classes; (b) the organization of www.JoanWink.com and some groups of related URLs for your convenience; and (c) and, a thank you to all of those who wrote letters of support for me on the research award. Go Team. Yes, we won. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
First, allow me to highlight a new book by Adonia K. Smith and E. Lynn Jacobowitz, Have You Ever Seen. . .? An American Sign Language Handshape DVD/Book, 2005, from ASL Rose, ISBN 10: 0-9764640-0-4. I am reviewing it for the authors now.
Professors from Thailand
In June I had the opportunity to share with a combined group of professors from Thailand and students from my 2 summer school classes.
